DPPLogic · workspace setup

Start your DPP preparation workspace with one product.

Create or join a DPPLogic workspace, record one product, add evidence references and review your first information gap. Free access includes up to five products.

Open workspace access Assess wider readiness

Use an authorised product record or a clearly labelled fictional example. Your first task is to connect one product value to its supporting source and decide whether the evidence covers the correct revision.

1. Create an account or sign in

Open workspace access and choose “Create account with identity provider” for a new account or “Continue to sign in” for an existing account. The secure identity provider handles sign-in. Read the displayed service terms and privacy information before registering.

Create your organisation or join the organisation that invited you. An owner or administrator passes an invitation code to you directly; invitation emails are not automated. Never send your password or sign-in code to support.

2. Record one product and its scope

Record a product reference and revision, and select the relevant requirement pack. Textile/apparel and iron/steel packs support preparation; batteries remain at research stage. A pack is a working checklist, not a legal applicability decision.

For a fictional practice record, use style DEMO-100 revision B and mark the record as fictional. Do not mix demonstration information into a real customer handoff.

3. Add a source and review a gap

Record the declared value, unit, original source wording and evidence reference. Evidence references point to a web link or a document held in your own systems; DPPLogic does not upload or store the document.

If a declaration covers revision A while the assessed product is revision B, keep the gap unresolved. Request suitable evidence, assign an owner and record the reviewer’s acceptance or rejection with a reason.

4. Export the reviewed record and maintain it

After review, assemble the dataset and use the available JSON or CSV export. READY is an internal status, not a compliance certificate. DPPLogic does not host public passports, generate QR codes or submit to a registry.

Use version history and review tasks when a product or supporting evidence changes. Follow-up and regulatory checks remain manual; the current service does not send automatic reminder emails or monitor regulation automatically.

5. Choose capacity and team tools when needed

Free includes up to five products, one team seat, one product family and three suppliers, with the core preparation workflow and JSON/CSV exports.

Professional and Business add catalogue import, secure supplier response links, optional independent review by a second team member, bulk work and audit export. Business has the same tools as Professional with higher limits. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Language and support

Selected public pages are available in Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese. Sign-in and service policies are in English. Some workspace screens have machine-generated translations that have not been independently reviewed; translated public pages do not promise a fully translated application or support in those languages.

Contact support@dpplogic.com for an access or product question. Describe the issue without sending passwords, invitation codes or confidential supplier documents. The public readiness assessment is separate: its answers and score are not transferred into a workspace.
