Paid plans are bought on the DPPLogic plan page, where you choose the plan and monthly or annual billing. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Limits apply per organisation. On Free, products and product facts are entered one at a time. On Professional and Business, products can also be imported from a CSV file and a supplier’s answers from a response sheet; imported answers wait for review.

Every plan includes

Organisation workspaces with owner, admin, manager, contributor and viewer roles; people join with a one-time invitation code
Product records and product facts with their source wording and units
A readiness workflow that checks each product against a requirement pack (textiles and apparel, or iron and steel, at preparation stage; batteries at research stage, not complete regulatory coverage), shows what is present, missing or in conflict, and explains for each item why it matters, where the information usually comes from and what to do next, citing the source where the law sets it
Requirement gaps with status and decision history, plus actions and follow-ups with owners and due dates
Supplier and manufacturer information tracking: supplier records, contacts, request packages and correspondence templates; you send requests yourself
Evidence references: a web link or where a document is held, with validity dates and a reviewer; files stay in your own systems
Human review of evidence, values, gaps and passport data, with conflict detection, evidence expiry tracking and a review queue that shows one item at a time
Versioned passport datasets and internal READY packages

Change management: manual change checks, version comparison and an in-app notification inbox

Professional and Business add

Import your product catalogue from a CSV file, with every row checked and shown before anything changes
Keep recording and review separate: optional independent review by a second team member, so nobody accepts information they recorded
Consolidate supplier information requests: one request for up to 25 products, with every item tracked
Import a supplier’s filled response sheet as answers that wait for review; nothing is accepted automatically
Share a secure response link so a supplier can answer one request without a DPPLogic account; the answers wait for your review
Assign, reschedule and route review work for up to 100 items at a time, seeing every change first
Export a reviewable audit trail: who recorded and who reviewed each item, and when

Not included on any plan

Compliance certification, legal advice or a legal decision about which rules apply
Publication or hosting of public passports, QR codes, a resolver or Registry submission
Runtime AI processing of your product or evidence data (DPPLogic does not use AI to read documents or suggest values)
Document upload, file storage or scanning
Automatic email to suppliers or team members, or a supplier portal or supplier sign-in (on Professional and Business, a secure response link lets a supplier answer one request without an account)
